Excellent service from getting the quote, to completion, and the two boys (David & Gareth) did the job to the highest standard. I recommend this company to anyone, to undertake virtually any project to the highest standard. Thank you

Hired after a previous contractor let us down. This experience was no better. Had to sack Davies in the end.

Did not keep a single promise, including contractual. Rude with it.

They want top money, for poor quality work.

Dining off reputation. Work all subbed out with no interest in monitoring performance or quality of subbie’s work.

Example photo of brand new chimney, all new construction. The chimney is not square, the corbels are wrong, (despite clear instructions) the pointing is failing, the rendering is poor and the decoration failing. After 6 months. That’s just the chimney.

The re-roof is ok, but it took 3 different roofing firms he subbed to and 6 months to do, and we were required to provide access 7 days a week, including weekends, all through the Summer school holidays, because Davies could not provide a roofer weekdays.

This was a £90K job. Ridiculous.

Dishonest.. fancies himself a “pillar of the local community”. My a***.

I’m a fully qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor (retired), not so by the way. Thank goodness I was around to pick up on the immediately apparent defective work otherwise it would’ve been even worse..
