Very poor. All good at first until you’ve completed then they don’t want to know. Leaks, faulty kitchen cabinets, poor quality fixtures and fittings, they will use every reason under the sun to refuse any liability, blaming you for their poor quality. Don’t believe any false promises either… despite being told land to the rear of us wouldn’t ever be built on because of local archaeology, they subsequently release plans to build social housing there, only once the main estate is complete.

Personally I wouldn’t ever deal with this company again.

unfinished roads, roads blocked with old building supplies chained together with locks on, no customer service, houses flooded, issues with emergency services because 2 of the ways in are blocked, poor build quality on the houses, absolutely horrendous

Unfinished development on current Croes Attis estate on roads an pavements, with blocked ingress and egress. Terrible communication with untruthful comments, Empty promises with a careless attitude.
Do not buy Anwyl properties. Labelled as 'family run' but the truth is in plain sight, money driven developers with zero aftercare. AVOID

Be careful using Annwyl a very greedy company who profits off fleecing its clients through the freehold process and selling land to green belt then you have to fork out the upkeep of the said land .!!!

Be wary of Anwyl. Been here a few years and greedy Anwyl have sold on some scrubland to a thieving greenbelt company. Must be because they can no longer rip off people for the freehold as easily as they used to. Some of the sales staff were liars when we first purchased from them. In summary, dishonest and greedy

If you're looking for a new build home finished to an appalling standard, awful customer service, rude and threatening sales interaction, poorly designed developments and finished to an awful/shoddy standard then Anwyl Homes are the developers for you. Absolutely terrible development company and will not only never use them again but will try and prevent as many people as I can from having the experience we have had.

I brought one of there older houses a couple of years ago. Found out they made them and wow their building quality is rubbish! Wiring everywhere and if you're an electrician you'd be shocked! You can hear next door going to the toilet, having a shower and walking up and down the stairs. It's like you're living in a poorly built hotel.

Since buying my anwyl home in Burscough, Lancs Lyndale Road I have and still awaiting for a replacement tap since Aug 2022,(apparently on order since Aug) patio door re-adjust since Aug 2022, patio door hinge cover since Aug 2022.
Had my Newell post re sanded due to build damage in Nov 2022, still waiting for it to be repainted.
Damaged and poor tiling still not sorted
Now found kitchen cupboards screws not put in properly so have cracked the outersurface of the unit.
Showerbase the mortar base has disintegrated so shower base now like a trampoline.
