Gareth and Charlie have been absolutely great in obtaining planning permission for a flat development in the center of Cirencester. It has been a challenging process with so many archaeology and conservation hoops to jump through. Apex helped us to gain planning permission in order to extend our house significantly. They were able to assist in creating a modern design with a few wow features. My wife called up to inquire for the services of apex architecture. She was laughed at down the phone when she was questioned and responded with with our budget. The person then backed this up with you need a minimum of 6 figures for an extension (without knowing the size, spec or anything about the resources available to us) Professionalism very disappointing and won’t be using.
