I would give them zero stars if i could, worst lift company ever. With the slowest dumbest engineers i have ever come across. I lived in a new build for 1 year of which 7months we had no lifts. I lived on the 6th floor with a pregnant wife. Most residents in the building was trapped due to this for weeks at times. It got so bad the residents was forced to learn how to override the lifts and get it working and not even apex engineers new how. We literally lived for months fixing the lifts in a BRAND NEW build. They obviously fitted in the wrong lifts for the building and rather then permanently fixing it they keep coming and putting a bandage on the wound.

The most pathetic and incompetent company ever. They don’t care about fixing the lifts in my high rise and leave them out of order for weeks, always making excuses for themselves and why they can’t fix them.

The worst company you can ever use, I would never recommend them even if someone was holding a gun to my head.
