Apex Property Developments were referred by a well established builder who was unable to fulfill our requirements. Alex arrived on time and bought a wealth of knowledge and ideas with him. Apex planned and arranged everything from scaffolding to skip removal. Each phase was explained and we were given dates that Apex stuck to. The work was completed without any hidden charges or delays. His team are work proud and the house and garden were always left clean and tidy.
We had other quotes and time frames from three other companies however Alex never asked or compared or gave negative opinions. I would recommend Apex for competitive pricing and reliability.
A quote costs nothing so what’s to lose.

Cowboy builder. Profit over quality. Unable to get building regulations signed off. Compulsively lies. Excessive excuses and constant delays. No accountability for actions. Cuts corners. Overcharges. Leaves rotten timbers under new roof. Doesn’t follow best practice. Do not recommend.
