James and Damien came out to a blocked drain and toilet quite late in the evening and they were brilliant. Found out it was not my drain that was blocked but a few doors down and they went to the affected property and cleared a large blockage very quickly, they checked all my outside pipes with a camera found another fault that I was not aware of and fixed it and unblocked my toilet and checked everything was working as it ,should , highly recommended two great gentleman very cheerful even though it was 10 pm. Great service.

I had a chain reaction of toilets getting blocked at my museum yesterday. James came out within a couple of hours of receiving the call. He was brilliant, removed the blockage then explored further to find a second blockage and cleared that too. He was incredibly helpful and happy to explain to me everything that was happening. I now have a much clearer understanding of the problem.
