We used Architectural Services Kent for assistance with a plan to convert our detached double garage into a separate 3 bed dwelling for my wife’s parents so we could support them in their latter years. The support and direction we received from them was a great help right from the outset!
Our project initially was drafted by Architectural Services Kent, they designed an innovative plan that was within planning guidelines to ensure we had the best chance of approval. They stayed supportive right through the planning process and beyond resulting in us ultimately gaining Council Planning approval.
Once the building works commenced they continued to remain supportive, were available for any queries that arose and stayed supportive through to completion.
Overall, a great support from start to finish that is very much appreciated by us all.

As we had used the services of Architectural Services Kent previously we engaged with them again for a loft conversion we had planned. Again, they were innovative with design options, supportive throughout the process and are still supporting us when needed as we work through the building phase towards completion.
From the two experiences of using this company I would very much recommend them.

I engaged the services of (Tony Hawkins) of ‘Architectural Services Kent’ in 2021 to advise and provide plans for a new build and for some additional conversion/new build plans on other projects.

I was immediately impressed with Mr Hawkins' knowledge and professionalism and he was incredibly helpful at every step of the way. I felt comfortable and confident with him at the helm and assured that I could call him for advice whenever necessary. If he wasn’t available, he would always get back to me.

I was particularly impressed with the 3d visualization provided as this was very helpful to see what the finished project would look like.

Further, considering the amount of work involved, Mr Hawkins' fee was extremely reasonable.

My projects are not complete, as yet, but Mr Hawkins is still available to me if and when I have a question about any aspect of the development.

First class service! I cannot recommend Mr Hawkins highly enough.

Brilliant service from Tony, had lots of problems with previous architect who was adamant our plans would not be passed.
Tony took over and within a matter of weeks had original plans passed and more.
I highly recommend Tony as he goes above and beyond and has always got your best interests at heart.
Can't thank Tony enough
