From the first moment I spoke with Gaetano on the phone, I noticed there was something different about him and AWA. His is very professional and customer focused and very keen to help. A gentleman through and through. He went over and above the call of duty and achieved amazing results for us. I chose Mr Paternostro because he immediately understood the idea I had in mind and was able to put it onto paper. He gave us a fair quote that
included several meetings to go through different design options. Being ours a wrap-around extension, a few architects had been pessimistic at the possibility of being able to get permission with a single application and were proposing two separate applications. Mr Paternostro instead was always positive and came out with little changes that granted us approval at first attempt with a single application.
We are quite pleased with the end results and thank him for his help.
