ARD Developments provided what we were looking for when replacing a roof and 4.2KW solar with a hot water diverter.
Providing an end to end service.
We were very lucky with the weather to have the work done in January 25..apart from one weekend and a named storm lifting roof membrane and we had to call ARD who on a Sunday came out and made good!
All the work was carried out early January to the beginning of February as per the contract of a dry ridge, dry valley and dry verges and on roof solar.
Solar panels being commissioned on the 20th of March once the ok given by the DN0 for 5KW inverter this taking slightly longer as we needed new electrical feeds to cope with the solar going on the roof as the property was built in 1958 for which ARD had to return once new meter works were completed

We were so lucky to be introduced to ARD Developments. We were new to the area and couldn't have found a nicer, more reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable bunch of guys. They played a major part in transforming the house we bought into the home we have today.

Richard and the team are great and very knowledgable. We had a leak which was worsened due to our cavity wall being filled many years ago, where other businesses could not find the solution Richard knew right away how to solve it and were prompt to get us booked in to avoid damage worsening. I would highly recommend ARD developments for any building work and will certainly be using them again in the future.

After three failed attempts to find a builder to repair our roof we were recommended to call ARD Developments by a family friend. Alan came around promptly, examined the problem and agreed to fix it. From then on the team stuck to the agreed program and what’s more fixed the problem. They then floored the attic and fixed two leaking windows (which needed a lot of Bradstone stone being removed from above the windows and replaced). I have no hesitation in recommending this family company.
