The whole service was really smooth from start to finish. They have a great app for communication and uploading relevant files. Kate was really helpful and friendly, and took 3d scans of the house to help with creating the drawings. The planning permission (which was retrospective for us and very stressful in that regard) was successful on the first try so it really took the weight off. I can't thank Kate enough. Highly recommended
