Arkiton recently completely replaced our roof, including fascias, soffits and guttering and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We threw them a curve ball with some extra finials which they ensured went up exactly where we wanted them, the tiles they recommended look great and their workmanship and attention to detail has been excellent. The whole team were extremely hard working, friendly and professional, thoroughly cleaning up at the end of each day. Between Patrick, Gaynor & Adam we were kept informed of progress with regular visits from them to check we were happy with how it was all going. Brilliant service - can not recommend highly enough. Woke up on Saturday to rain coming through the ceiling of our bedroom - where our bay window joins the house - one phone call and the guys were round with a tarp to make water tight - before lunch on Tuesday the job was completed. We had a quote to repair some guttering from another company, who wanted to replace all of the guttering and felt quite expensive, so we wanted another opinion. We sent a request to Arkiton and soon had a visit set up.

Patrick turned up promptly and said the guttering didn't need to be replaced and it was just a leak that needed to be resealed between our and our neighbours' gutters. He had someone on a job around the corner and said they could do it sometime that day, and because it was such a small job, they wouldn't charge. They turned up around an hour later and fixed and sealed the gutters in minutes.

This saved us a significant amount of money, and we were very impressed with the promptness, friendliness and reassurance they provided. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

We had new facias and sofits and some remedial roof works done and the results are excellent. Our property looks like new and we are very pleased. The guys doing the work took pride in their work and were very efficient, friendly and always left our premises tidy when they had finished for the day.
