I used Ryan and his team to convert a garage into a bathroom and add a small utility area to a new kitchen. From start to finish I would thoroughly recommend Armison for any building work that needs to be done, all the team were professional, clean, organised and meticulous in their approach. The new space now looks amazing and we have a lovely new kitchen/utility and bathroom. The finish is of the highest standard and Ryan takes his time to talk through each element and offer his expertise in what can be done and what maybe done etc depending on budget, time and so on, which is definitely required with this sort of project. I would strongly recommend Armison and no doubt will use them again for any future works I intend to carry out.

I used Armison for conversion of my large garage into a lounge, utility room and downstairs toilet, and what a brilliant job they did! Throughout the entire process, from initial visit for a quote to final completion, Ryan, and all his staff and contractors, were total professionals. Amiable, and with very high standards of work, they were punctual, extremely hard working, very tidy and respectful of my property and privacy. The schedule of works and staged payment plan was clearly set out, with the option throughout to tweak things as the project evolved. Having never enlisted the services of a building company before I was mindful of the horror stories of poor service and sharp practices, however, with Armison there were NEVER any such concerns. I highly recommend Ryan and Armison to make your ideas and plans become reality.

Ryan and the team carried out our extension in Spring 2023 and we are so pleased with everything from start to finish. The extension started when our baby was only 3 months old and I really appreciated Ryan's communication and patience with me whilst I was struggling with sleepless nights and no kitchen. The work was water tight within 5 weeks which was super impressive (so much so that I wasn't ready with a chosen kitchen!). However Ryan was flexible and came back to fit the kitchen once I was ready. The team were super tidy and the dust and disruption was at a minimal. We live in a tight cul de sac and they worked around this perfectly. They were here every weekday in ALL weathers, and we really did have it all! I have found it rare to find a builder who is also good at communication, on time and organised so this was very welcome. We now have a lovely family space that our 9 month old little boy loves playing in. Thank you so much Armison.
