Our boiler stopped working a few weeks before Christmas, and Ashley came out immediately to take a look at it- he had it fixed within a few days (and that was waiting for a specific part), and came out late on a Friday to make sure that we had heating and hot water for the weekend. I really appreciated that he called me back as soon as I called him, and stayed in touch via text updates so I knew what was going on. Ashley and his team then installed 2 new radiators and flushed our system, and installed a magna-filter on the boiler.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASC Plumbing and Heating, we have found them to be quick, efficient, polite and always get back to you which for me is very important! We will be using them going forward for any plumbing needs we have.

Ash initially installed my new combo-boiler and has carried out all subsequent services since then, he is always prompt and gives you plenty of notice about services due. his prices are very good and never leaves a mess. He is always available should a problem arise. would recommend them

My Ideal Vogue combi heater broke. ASC took the call on a Friday evening and came over on Sunday. The problem was the pump.
They got me a free replacement pump from Ideal because it was still technically under warranty. The techanicalty was quite thin.
I would not have been able to claim it successfully on my own.
It cost me only the ASC engineer’s call out charge which was a lot less than buying a new pump.
The engineer from Ideal came in a week later and fixed it with a new pump for free.

The boiler they installed was not connected to thermostat downstairs. After finaly coming, the thermostat upstairs did not work either. Still waiting, after 6 months for shower pipes banging to be fixed. Blatantly lied about waiting on parts which had not been ordered. Use at your own risk.

Had ASC do my central heating in our new extensions just in time for Xmas, it was a late call but he sorted it for us. Thanks again to Ash and his team for there hard work will definitely recommend to others Merry Christmas ASC.
