For a recent project to remove wet beds on a single track railway we were supplied with a team from ASH to undertake the work. This team was a team of recent starters to the railway but due to the tight recruitment and training regime at ASH we successfully completed our work both safely and to programme. Working on a neighbours properrty, always leaving their vehicles blocking our small streets, offensive language and actually illegal comments even though amoungst themselves, they are loud enough to be heard 4 houses away. Very unproffesional conduct.
