Popped into enquire about the homes on this development. I can quite honestly say the female sales rep was one of the most unhelpful and rude individuals I have ever had the misfortune to meet. When asking about availability of a handful of selected plots we were basically told "forget about it, they are not even released and when they will be there will be a waiting list for purchasers already so do one". I asked if there was no further need in discussing and she said basically, no and would I like to hand back the property specification pamphlets to her that we had selected from the site plan which were freely available in the sales office presumably for prospective customers? I told her I was perfectly capable to return these to their pigeon holes myself and would pass on my customer experience. To be honest even if the staff had been anything mildly better than the worst sales rep I had ever met, I would not have purchased on reflection. Looking at the homes on the front you could basically shake hands with your neighbour when opening the windows they are that close together and overlooked. I expect the standard of the homes to be the same as their employees, appalling!!! In fairness the 2nd rep in the office was fine and reasonably helpful until the larger of the 2 women jumped in.
