Wouldn’t give one star. Absolutely appalling company. Was supposed to come in August to lay a portion of patio. One guy turned up said it was a two man two day job and would need to come back. Fast forward to today. (Jan 15th). Waited all morning so phoned them whoever we spoke to was next to useless. Apparently the person that was supposed to do it was off sick so was going to send a new person to check to see what needs doing. Which someone has done multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely appalling business

With all these bad reviews you would think they would make a change?
I’ve had scaffolding up since January for this shambles of a company to do 1 days work. They will turn up to tell us they are coming the next day and not turn up and then say they did.
Spoke to a guy called Ben who said he’s been 5 times and no one was there. Never mind we got a ring doorbell that he has never rung 😂 left my back gate open so many times for this company that I may as well take it off. Crazy.

Update The “Roofers came today then went due to weather but left us loads of nice nails on the floor. Lucky I went out there before my 3 year old. Clowns.

DO NOT USE FIND A PROFESSIONAL!
Didn't turn up, after sending a txt to say would be here the next morning (cost our family a days wage waiting in).
Then turned up another day with I believe mickey mouses tool chest, argued the rollers and runner that are shot were fine and said it won't slide as the doors warped u till I got on my knees and pointed at the fact there's no runner left in the middle. Then started trying to get me to use his tools to do the job while he stood there holding the door,I walked off in disbelief.
He removed said roller door and left it broken further to the point the door won't even reach the slam panel anymore!
Its been a week now since we have been able to secure the property.
They left saying they'd call us to book in fixing the door but we didn't get that call!
Incompetent doesn't come close. Avoid!

Shocking service. They turn up when they want to. They take an unacceptable amount of time to complete a job. They will leave it half finished and come back a month later. The labourers will shout at you and refuse to speak to you if you ask why they don't show up. Utter cowboys.

I’ll keep it short as I can. Absolute shambles of a company in all fairness. Firstly the guy who was suppose to come to measure up for an afternoon appointment came in the morning while we were out, stinking attitude when we called him back. Then he went to the next job so couldn’t come back until the following week. Some of the staffs attitudes are disgusting. Seems like no one knows what they are doing. Only had 1 piece of glass had to wait weeks. Then on the day of fitting the fitter broke it. Didn’t tell us until we had to constantly ring towards the end of the day to find out. Suppose to of had the first appointment of the day for fitting, now it’s a lunch time appointment, had to ring twice to find out what’s happening. First time he was on his way and now he’s going to be another twenty minutes. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for running such a shambolic company. I think the reviews speak for themselves here. We had 1 piece of glass. I couldn’t imagine trusting these clowns with any serious projects.look else where

What fantastic group if workers . The plasterer came and worked till gone 5pm until the job was completed... left it spotless.. then on same day electrician waited for him to finish an refitted light unit and switch.. restored my faith in humanity... well done Wellingtons. Your staff are a credit to you.

Had houses that they done up in April 2024 since living in the property had have council workers out to fix the problem cause by this company rushing to get job done
Toilet put in with small screws
Toilet flush hanging off the wall
Back garden left in unsuitable state bricks stone glass ect they know have come back out and finish the job
