Very positive experience. I had already received pre-planning advice and Dan produced drawings in line with this. Gave advice and direction about appeal but following discussion with planners negotiated revisions we were both happy with! Very responsive to email/messages and kept me up to date at all times. Dan was brilliant coming up with creative ideas to draw up the perfect plans for the loft conversion. Even in a tight space he managed to factor in a small ensuite and plenty of storage. Excellent service and I particularly appreciated him regularly keeping me informed as to what stage we were at with all the paperwork and planning permissions. It completely took all the stress out of the process and I am very happy to highly recommend !

We approached Dan when we were first considering extending our property. He came and met us initially and gave us a detailed quote for the work. Dan was very personable and it never felt like a ‘sales pitch’.

Dan was very supportive throughout the whole process, suggesting many ideas to get the most out of our alterations to the house and using his extensive experience to guide us through the process.

We made several alterations to plans and Dan was happy to amend plans and discuss changes with us.

He is easy to contact via phone or email and has always responded quickly. Dan has helped us through the process and explained each stage clearly to us.

We would highly recommend Dan to others wanting plans drawn up.

Dan offered great advice on what was best and produced clear plans and scope of work outlining in detail what is required to complete the job to high standards. We just need to invite respective builders to quote and then take to the next step which Dan will look after in respect of planning permission etc.If you require good informative advice on any property development then we highly recommend ATB Architectural.

Used Dan when trying to establish the best way to extend our family home.
He helped us consider all possible options, going out to the side, at the back and up in to the loft. His plans that we finalised were brilliant, gave us a really good visual of what could be and he was very efficient in getting back to us.
