My experience with Austin John has been fantastic from the start. We were purchasing a property in the area and following a brief but productive meeting with Nikki, Harriet wasted no time in getting the architectural survey underway, all before sale completion.
The project was a tricky one given the diy alterations over the years but just 8 weeks later and with the much needed assistance of Lauren’s 3d visualisation techniques, this talented family business has produced the design for our dream home.

I knew straight away from meeting Nikki we would partner with her for our 2 story extension. Nikki was very supportive and knowledgeable and accommodating from the offset. We had some "quirks" with our extension as our house sits within the curtilage of a listed building but she allayed all our concerns and demonstrated a genuine great rapport with the Planning and Conservation team at the Council. We had a great selection of designs and correspondence - shout out to Harriet for her involvement.
There's a great family feel about this business, absolutely lovely to deal with - friendly personalities but remaining professional, consistent, reliable and I feel comfortable picking the phone up to ask any question for help, advice or service and they are transparent with time lines, costs etc. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic personal service from the very outset. The team have listened to our needs and provided reassurance throughout the process so far - operating with patience and attention. Nikki & Harriet are non-judgemental and friendly - guiding us through the process and working with our modest budget and long-term plans. Would highly recommend - they provide peace of mind our extensions will be done properly and to a quality standard. So many cowboys out there we just didn't know where to start, but we have been very happy with Austin John's services so far.

My wife and I reached out to Nikki and her team to support our ideas on renovating our bungalow.
The support we have had from day 1 has been exceptional. The contact and depth of knowledge and experience has been brilliant for us.
Nikki and her team have held our hand through the whole process from initial contact to submitting the plans and drawings.
There patience with us on amendments to drawings we made and also helping us through the steps of the project, especially interior design, finding contractors and overseeing all the project. Great work thank you.
