Amazing service from Marcin.
I had an urgent issue that I explained over the phone - Marcin came out to see the issue within 2 hours - he listened and suggested a couple of alternatives that would solve my problem as mb builders were in stop he said he would get the calculations back to me asap - within 24 hours the calculations were back - yehhhhh builders back to work.
What an approachable knowledgable and professional man. I would definitely contact him again if I need to.

Marcin went above and beyond in order to resolve my issues. After having numerous issues with my Mortgage being accepted and multiple engineers struggling to get my mortgage accepted Marcin was able to resolve everything with an extremely thorough report. Marcin went above what was necessary and checked every aspect of the property that I mentioned. Marcin explained the whole process and his communication throughout was excellent. He was able to work around my busy schedule while also completing a very tedious job of reporting all the issues raised. I received the report within two days of Marcin visiting the property and it was very easy to read and thorough. I Could not recommend him enough as without him I’d still be battling with the bank for a mortgage. Will be recommending to all my friends and family as well as using him in the future if and when required.
