Mike, Varis, and the team, especially Sam - all extremely polite, friendly, tidy and punctual.  Varis has a very strong customer focus and attention to detail, which means that everything is completed to the highest quality.  All payments discussed and agreed.  Yes there were extras, but all explained and agreed up front. Varis also made some fabulous recommendations which have enhanced the final building.  It definitely has the wow factor and we are delighted in every aspect. Highly recommend.

We would like to thank Varis and his team for all the hard work to create an amazing family room at our property in streetly Sutton Coldfield. AVM construction converted our double garage into a beautiful living room with an opening into our existing living room. I can’t recommend Varis enough for anyone that is looking to get any renovation, conversion or extension work done. Varis kept us up to date on all stages of the work even when we were abroad. Just used AVM Construction to convert my old bathroom in to a new bigger walk-in shower room and to fit new kitchen including new plumbing and electrics installation. Project also required knock down wall to combine separate bathroom with existing toilet. I was very impressed when Mike came over with new bathroom and kitchen layout drawings and competitive detailed quote. He was very helpful with his ideas and professional suggestions. Job was done to a very high standard. Fitters managed to keep house very tidy by sheeting the work area and making rest of the house comfortably usable. They were very polite at all times and very professional with all of the trades required for the project. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

The wall they built in our front garden looks great, we are so pleased with it.

They also Tiled a wall in our lounge which looks stunning, we have had so many nice compliments about it.
