I was very satisfied with the service and job placement i received from Louise. Professional easy to work with. The silent Louise placed me with (Statom Group) were friendly caring and were keen to educate me on an areas my duties cover. Sadly due medical reasons I’m on the shelf for awhile. I’d highly recommend this company if you’re looking for work. Hopefully I’ll be back in my feet soon enough to get back to work!

I have used avalon civils many times. Louise at avalon has managed to get me work the next day everytime I have called up. Louise went above and beyond, making sure I have got to site OK and made sure I have had my pay set up prior to pay day.
Would recommend using this company without a doubt you are looking for work within the construction industry!

Totally shocked at how they have treated me. I read the reviews even before calling them and thought they sound great. They found me a job straight away and double checked with me in the afternoon. I travelled and hour and had to pay an extra £6.50 for the busses in that area. I made it on time even though they had given me the incorrect post code. Once I arrived on site I was told not needed as Avolon group have already sent someone. So I called the office and was told sorry nothing they can do. So I asked for a refund on the 6.50. They refused and said they will attempt to find me work. But why would I want to work for these people who think it is ok to play with someone's living. I can't believe they can not do the right thing and compensate what I have paid to travel. Rosie and mick the manager seems to be very confrontational as they continuously spoke over me.
