We needed grab-hire to take away excavation soil and chalk, Axtell were super flexible and provided us with an 8-wheel grab truck, that the driver Mal expertly manoeuvred into our very tight driveway. We had previously thought we could only access it with a six wheeler! Once we knew the 8-wheeler would access the site, we ordered more loads, same day and next day, which Axtell were able to accommodate. Efficient, professional, courteous and Mal was brilliant, a real credit to Axtell. Thanks very much

Great service from start to finish!! Mark in the office was friendly and helpful when I was unsure on what material to order being a DIYer. Pat the driver was also great, he called with an eta and when he arrived asked where I wanted materials tipped. Great service will use again and recommend.

Delivered concrete to our neighbours and completely wrecked our drive causing £1000s damaged and fire hydrant. When contacted could not care less! Beware rogue company!!!

We used Axtell for the first time last month. The people I spoke to on the phone were both friendly and helpful. The delivery drivers were the same, arrived on time and fulfilled the job well. We would definitely recommend them and indeed use them again if need be. Great company, thank you for the excellent service.

The whole process with Axtell, from arranging a quote, booking and delivery was straightforward and easy. Delivery turned up a little early, before my helpers arrived, but the driver, Edward, was extremely helpful, helping barrow and tamp the concrete with me. In all, a better than expected service, at a good price too!

Used last year. Arrived on time etc. However drivers tried a scam, which goes like this; "did the office tell you there is a £60 charge cash only no invoice no receipt, to take the waste from cleaning the hoses. Didn't they tell you oh trust them, they always forget (comments between the 2 drivers like they rehearse this)". Having used pump companies before on other jobs i knew this was a try on. As im not keen on tax evasion or extortion, let's face it that is what it is (we will dump on drive "with all sorts of chemicals" or pay us) I declined and got a wheelbarrow as is normal! I dont like this sort of childish extortion attempt. Left a bad taste and haven't used since nor will I on other jobs. This was a 2k Job.

Can do attitude! We deal with Mark at Axtell on a regular basis for aggregates and concrete, things change, weather, delays etc but Mark is always able to accommodate us.

This company is fantastic to deal with, Very helpful a text message to confirm an eta on the day, We had to ring them as we miscalculated the amount, And what a service we got a delivery slot for the next day to help us out. Fantastic job from everyone at Axtell.
Would recommend these guys all day long.
