this has upgraded my 100+ year old terrace house ,
and added value to my property in Coulston Rd
Bowerham Lancaster ( money spent now is an investment for the future ) what will it cost to do the same work in 10 years time ?

We've just had our whole roof replaced by Bradley and his team, and are more than happy with the work they've done. I would recommend them to anyone.
The team are extremely hard working, friendly, down to earth lads you can have a natter and a laugh with, and you soon realise they take a lot of pride in their work. They are obviously highly experienced in what they do, and it shows in the end result. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they clean up as they go along, they're punctual, and get on with it, whatever the weather.
The whole job ( strip roof, replace timber, felt, battens, tiles, soffits, fascias, bargeboards and gutters ) only took 3 days, which included a porch roof which wasn't initially to be done. Their work hasn't gone unnoticed by the neighbours either, several of whom have commented on how fast they worked, and, like myself, are impressed by how smart it all looks.
My advice to anyone currently looking for a good roofing company would be to get in touch with North west roofing ltd. These lads don't mess about; they get the job done quickly, professionally and to a high standard.

Bradley visited promptly and clearly established the cause of damp in a corner of our house which I thought was due to a fault in the main roof but Bradley found a leak in the extension roof. We had this put up a few years ago so we will get back to the builder to sort it.

The whole team were very professional, hard working and extremely clean and tidy. The workmanship standards were very high. They re-boarded and fibre glass coated our 2 dormers & replaced woodwork and cladding around the dormers which now look like new. Outstanding work thanks.
