Really great service and support right from the off. Felt that Anna and team really understood the local market and what was happening, and what the realistic outcomes and timeframes would be. We had a lot of early viewings and subsequently secondaries and we accepted an offer within a few weeks of the house going in the market with Bacon. Anna came to value our house. Despite I met her first time, we had a long chat about everything other than the house. 😁 She is so friendly and customer focus, not salesy or snobby at all like most of the estate agents. Anna and her team worked so hard to sell our house and kept on top of everything to make sure they have the first hand information after we received the offer.
