Moved into a new build on the Lakeside development in Blundeston 6 weeks ago. Absolutely love our new home, the design and build quality is fantastic.
Every member of staff that we have spoken to is very polite and professional, and takes great pride in their work.
During the buying process we lost our sale and Badger were extremely supportive, giving us time to find a new buyer, with no pressure or threat of losing the property.
Had a couple of snagging issues, which was to be expected being a new home, and was extremely pleased how these were addressed with no quibbles.

We moved into our new property at Lakeside last week and we are so pleased with the build quality. Everything from start to finish has gone extremely well and to be honest this is one of the best properties we have owned. The finish and quality is of a very high standard and this company have been very easy to deal with throughout. Any minor issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Dan, Karl and the 'on site' team have always been very accommodating and professional, ensuring that we are happy and settled in our new home.

Our previous property was a Badger Home and when we decided to move after 23 happy years, another Badger Home was at the top of our list! We managed to secure our next Badger Home in Blundeston with the help of Florence at Savills in Norwich and Dan Bexfield Sales Manager of Badger Building. Both worked hard to get us into our new home before Christmas and we are delighted! The standard and quality of the build and fittings is exactly as we remembered when we purchased our previous house from them, and surprise surprise! the site foreman, was Karl Emmerson, who was the very same site foreman we dealt with last time. Recently brought a house from Badger, the outside build was ok but the plastering was terrible, had to have the walls and ceilings all resanded down and repainted, most of the development did to. Not the standard i would expect from a Badger house. I brought a badger house expecting a better quailty house but that does not seen the case anymore. They also changed the plans of the development once we had moved in without informing anyone. The lack of communication from Badger is awful and just hope you dont have to deal with Alan, the contractors manger. He is the most rude and unhelpful person i have ever come across in my life. I really wouldn't expect this level of service from badger building.

Just read the eastern daily press article,what a disgusting underhand company to request landowners to isolate a person's access to a public footpath just for their own interests to make more money, to do that knowing a child is using it makes it even more disgusting,low down,underhand, disgusting and bullying tactics.
So for all you buying homes from these cowboys,bear in mind that this is the behaviour that you are actively supporting.
Sod the man that's lived there for 20+ years and sod his grandson and his safety,profits are more important..
