I live in a 2-1/2 year old Bancon home, the patio doors have never worked, the facings started peeling after a year and the so called repair they did is already showing signs of peeling again. Then just after the warranty expired there was a significant issue with the kitchen windows which without the help of friends who helped us close them would have left us living in a 2-1/2 year old home that wasn’t watertight
I gave Bancon the option to investigate this but they are having nothing to do with it
So the moral of the story is if you want a home where the windows and doors work then don’t buy from Bancon

Avoid at all costs.
If only 0 stars was an options.
Bought a new property from them 3 months ago. The sales and after sales experience was nothing short of terrible.
After sales team are unresponsive, serious cosmetic and structural issues have not been addressed these were raised the day we took ownership.
