Rob is quite possibly the finest tradesman I’ve ever encountered, and I don’t say that lightly. Rob really listens to his customers’ requirements and has a fantastic ability to use his expertise to deliver creative solutions across many areas including air conditioning systems, ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating and boiler installations that might otherwise have been unachievable or unaffordable.

Rob was a delight to meet! He is clearly an expert on our ground heat system, totally knew his way around despite this being a first visit for a routine service. He was prompt to arrive as arranged, did a very thorough job, pointed out several things we needed to know (not faults but useful info) and charged a very reasonable amount for the visit. He will certainly be coming back for both a quick check over when the system 'fires up' to heat the house for the winter and again for our annual service. Delighted, thank you Rob! Rob Banks Heat Pumps has been the only reliable and experienced source of servicing and support for our Ground Source Heat Pump system. We inherited an older Nibi Pump which had age issues and he was the one who understood the system and components. He was able to keep it fully working. When we decided to upgrade, we naturally got him to install the new Nibe Pump. A professional service from start to finish!

Rob is brilliant! He took care of our not working heat pump that came with the house.
He also did so much more.
He cleared up the mess left behind in the plant room, reprogrammed the system and removed redundant bits and pieces. So much tidier and less points of failure.
He is super friendly and easy to talk to and explains everything very well.
We are very glad to have found him.
