I've been using Barbour ABI for over five years, and it has been well worth it. The platform provides valuable leads and contacts that have really benefited the business. It's user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes navigating the pages easy. You also get a dedicated customer service manager; mine is Damian, and he's fantastic. He's always helpful, regularly checks in to see how things are going, and is just a phone call away if you need anything. Barbour's been absolutely brilliant for our business. The information we see there also hasn't been hugely competitive, which has been fantastic for us as a small business. The filtering and search options the platform gives allows us to be really streamlined with our approach, and allows us to fully define what we're going after.

Extra shout-out to Damian, who has truly been one of the most attentive and patient AM's I've ever dealt with. They've been excellent at answering any of our queries or updating us on advancements at Barbour HQ, and is also not in your face with follow-up calls (which is pretty unusual these days!).

With many years of experience in customer service and client account management, I felt it was important to share some feedback about Helen, our account manager.

Having joined SCI approximately one year ago, Barbour ABI was a new platform for me with no previous experience of its functionality and capabilities. Throughout the past year, Helen has consistently addressed my ongoing issues and inquiries promptly. She has either consulted with colleagues to provide me with detailed instructions or, on occasion, arranged virtual training sessions.

These requests are always met with a willingness to help, a follow-up call to ensure I have mastered the process – and always with a smile. It is rare in these times to experience (a) someone readily at the end of the phone, and (b) one so competent and willing to help.

Don't waste your money!
We were promised up to date contact details for potential leads but around 95% of people had left the companies we contacted.

We had definitely been mis-sold this service by Barbour ABI and have tried to cancel it on numerous occasions.

They have now instructed a debt collection agency to recover monies owed for a non existent service.

For Helen Taggart and the Barbour ABI Team: I’ve been working with Helen for some time now, and I can confidently say her service is top-notch. The level of service she provides is an easy 10/10. Whether I have a question or need assistance, a simple phone call or email always gets an almost immediate response. If she doesn’t have the answer right away, she makes it a point to get back to me as soon as possible, and she never fails to deliver. Her commitment to providing exceptional service is truly outstanding, and I definitley feel well looked after and supported.

She consistently goes above and beyond. Recently, I had concerns about the quality of some leads generated by their system, and she quickly arranged a meeting with the head of the department so I could voice my concerns. Not only did she facilitate a productive conversation, but she also made sure that I fully understood the process. This kind of proactive and dedicated customer service is invaluable.

Helen has a clear understanding of my business needs and is always on hand to support my efforts to generate more business. She’s always willing to bend over backward to help, and that’s why I consider her service absolutely worthy of five stars.

As a client, I know I can be demanding at times, but Helen handles it with grace and professionalism. Ultimately, I’m paying for a service, and she ensures that my company gets exactly what we need. In my eyes, Helen is worth every one of the five stars I’ve given her today.

I use this system (almost) daily, it's a simple software package to use, but don't let that fool you into thinking it isn't powerful. It is, and I've got a nice pipeline thanks to the leads I can find, or if I can't find it, they can. Damian G is my primary contact and is there via email or phone, and is always happy to help, as are the other members of the team that I've dealt with, too. Top do.
