The very worst kind of builder. Booked and set a date with him for extensive repointing work with months notice. Two weeks before the work was due to commence we get a call saying he was over running on another job and that he was now rescheduling the work for a new date. We were not that impressed having rearranged our work diaries for him (which cost us money) but accepted a new date. When the morning of the new date came there was no sign of him. On ringing him I got told he "forgot". We have now missed the window for getting the work done this year which has created further problems and we have wasted time and money on someone who clearly is unreliable. Avoid at all costs!
