Fantastic customer service!
Recently I contacted Barrs Court Engineering in Hereford via email to design and manufacture some stainless steel framework that was going to be vital to our operations, I received a speedy and helpful reply within hours, over the following email communications during the planning stage this speed and help continued, they took the time to talk to us in detail about the requirements for the framework and its use within the company, through their advice together we were able to add value to the final product by increasing its functionality.
The entire process from start to finish was seamless with the team at Barrs Court and the quality of the final product far surpassed our expectations.
We will be using them again in the future and would have no issue recommending them to anyone else.

Terrible, uninterested, no time frames given, not interested in a new customer of our work or money. Continually fobbed off with poor excused such as 'our customers have come back to us now so we can't continue with your work'.

Waste of time and effort. 4 weeks down the pan on a project that is literally waiting on machine work promised by this company.
