With an initial plan to do a basement project and continue the ICF 'up' to the roof line, we found Andrew @Basementhomes. What a find. In the end we opted for a 'normal' ICF extension as the basement project didn't make financial sense due to the groundworks costs.

Andrew is tenacious, accommodating, and fully commits to the project. Once we started, there was no let-up, be it when the weather gives us snow, rain or blistering heat(yes we had all seasons in a short period).

If anyone is considering ICF for their extension then i would definitely recommend considering Basementhomes.

Side-perk of ICF - the kids could safely help with the lower level construction and loved drawing on the ICF bricks before we screwed the plasterboard on. Whoever strips that boarding off in the future is in for a treat!

We are project managing novices and Andrew have been a valuable source of advice and assistance to keep us on track.
