We are so happy with our new bathroom and what an excellent service from start to finish.
It was very stress free, from the initial consultation and home visit , to discussing all the options with Caroline in the showroom, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and has the patience of a saint!
Our team of bathroom fitters were outstanding. Gareth, Graham and the team were great, consulting with us every step of the way and making sure we were happy with everything. They had a number of problems (with our old house) but they dealt with them swiftly and competently and were able to adapt to the situation. Gareth does such a good job of ensuring you are happy with everything. He has high standards and wants the bathroom to be perfect for you, which it is.
The tiling is also beautifully done, Graham is very meticulous and he also was able to adapt our slanting bulk head to be fitted with the ceiling panels. The young apprentice was equally great, nothing was too much trouble and he kept the work area and property covered up with protective sheets etc.
We are so happy to have entrusted this job to Fife bathroom centre and also an enormous thank you to Gareth and the team, who did such a wonderful job and were such lovely people to have do the work for us.

I am not surprised that Bathroom Centre Fife has 5 star reviews. I chose my bathroom with Irene. It was very easy to do. The fitters Jamie and John along with Neil the tiler took 5 days to install my new bathroom. Every day before they finished they left everything tidy. The bathroom is perfect. I love it. The finish is really well done. The fixtures are first class. The price was great too.

We recently had our en-suite redesigned by the bathroom centre,originally the shower was very cramped (typical of a new build) so the guys from the bathroom centre knocked through the hall cupboard allowing them to install a huge shower making it more comfortable and more enjoyable.
They arrived in good time and put in a full day’s work every day and their work is faultless.The tiler too has done a fantastic job,very quick and very clean.
A mention too for the electrician,a great job on the ceiling lighting and back lit mirror.

We have just had our bathroom converted into the most gorgeous shower room by Chris who was highly recommended by the Bathroom Centre Fife.
Chris our plumber who completed all the trades required to a very high standard the attention to detail was first class,he even took a cupboard out to open up our bathroom and the finish is stunning.
Chris arrived when promised and he was well mannered and pleasant..

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Bathroom Centre Fife, the quality of the fixture and the fitting is superb, as was the customer service, Irene kept us up to date every step of the way.
Special mention to Alan and his team of fitters for being so tidy tradesmen, we returned from holiday to our new bathroom and absolutely no mess whatsoever. First class from start to finish 👏👏👏

I cannot say how impressed our family is with Bathroom Centre Fife.

From the initial online booking to Alan completing the survey, Caroline for our showroom visit and Scott & Michael doing the installation - everyone has been fantastic.

We started with a rough idea of what we wanted and it isn't the biggest bathroom in the world. Every person made the effort to listen to our requests and find out what would work for us.

The showroom is brilliant with lots of different options and Caroline made every effort to include myself, my partner and our daughter.

At every stage of the process you are kept informed of what will be happening when so there were no unexpected surprises.

During installation Scott & Michael (S&M Ceramics) were brilliant when any issue arose. They are able to explain why something is or isn't possible and will do their best to have everything exactly the way you want. They let you know exactly what stage they are at and make sure you can still be in your house when the work is getting done.

Overall a great experience. Work was started when scheduled, completed on time (and with the exception of now having a beautiful bathroom) you wouldn't even know we had work done as there is no mess left anywhere.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use BCF again.
