I had a great experience using BBS1 Construction.

They done a double side and single rear extension along with a loft conversion. They also completely refurbished my existing property taking everything back to brick along with doing the garden and a new drive.

I am extremely happy with the finishing and service that I received and couldn't recommend them enough. The quality of the work is done to a very high standard and no job is to big. They were always on hand to ensure any modifications that I had during the build were carried out and they would also give me recommendations as the project went along.

It was a big construction as it was a complete wrap around project which was going on whilst my family and I lived in the house. The build team were caring and ensured all the work was being done in a safe and effecient way.

I have recommended BBS1 Construction to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

I’ve recently had my whole house renovated by BBS1 Construction and I’m so pleased from the results!

The experience I had from start to finish was smooth and efficient. Major and the team were wonderful to work with and they were honest, responsive to phone calls and messages and very hard working - I cannot recommend them enough.

They really looked after us and were patient, giving us honest advice which really helped put our minds at ease. They were also very realistic with their timeline, receptive to our ideas and clearly have the experience and knows what they’re doing.

BBS1 made our dreams into reality! We had full renovation, rear extension, exterior cladding, porch and garden done with the team and are very satisfied with their service!

We chose BBS1 after a friend recommended them. They discussed our plans prior to starting to ensure they fully understood our vision and then made a start on the date as promised. I used BBS1 for completion of work within the household and for exterior work.

This included 6 meter kitchen extension, loft conversion, new shed and full house refurbishment. The house refurbishment consisted of, replastering, rewiring, new laminate flooring, new bathroom, underfloor heating and boiler insulation.

Outside of the house BBS1 constructed a shed in our garden and done a fantastic job with the brickwork for our new driveway. They laid out the paving in our garden in the style we wanted.

There were a few changes made in the middle of the project which they accommodated to flexibly. Their team were friendly and communicated well.

All work was completed as planned and on time. We would highly recommend using BBS1.

I used BBS1 for a double story side extension. As well as refurbishment to existing house and garden. The project involved piling foundation, brick work, roofing, plumbing, rewiring house, tiling, underfloor heating, sound insulation, boiler installation, and smart home installation. From initall quotation stage, I was told the project will take 4 months to complete. BBS1 delivered on their promises. They were also very accommodating to requests and changes to the planned work. They were recommended to me by a neighbor who had previously used their services, and I have no regrets in using these guys.

I was extremely happy with the results. BBS1 builders were very reliable, professional and most of all excellent quality of workmanship.

We didn’t know how much work would be involved and so took longer than anticipated but was definitely worth the wait!

I would like to thank BBS1 for double storey side and rear extension they did on my property. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone looking to have an extension done to consider BBS1. The work was done to an exemplary standard.

The three key things that were important to me were: ensuring the build was completed on time, keeping the property as clean as possible and good quality finishing. They managed to meet all three of these and exceeded my expectations.
