Absolute babes! Had a total tire blowout on the way to inverness and found we had no tools to change it in the new car, potential nightmare, 2 year old in the car ready for a trampoline session and late on a nap and these fellas saved us big time. We got lucky and pulled into their coned off area so we had somewhere safe to stop and they were immediately so helpful, they went above and beyond for us and made sure our spare was put on safely and our air pressure was good. Super friendly and lovely bunch and we were off within the hour. Thanks so much! May your pillows always be cool and your teas strong and hot x

Above and beyond, driving along the a9 towards Inverness at the Findhorn bridge our passenger front tyre blew out, pulled over to put the spare on car only to find we had no jack or wheel bar

After asking the BEAR roadworkers if they could help they immediately set about to help us, supervisor Kevin organised some help for us and and had us on our way quick and safe making sure to double check their work as we had a 2 year old in the car

Can't say enough how much we appreciate the help and what a good group of lads

Absolutely useless company. Full of self praise. Their workers could not care less about the incovieniece they cause the public. Give them an orange flashing light and a high viz vest and they think they own the roads.
Can't be bothered to leave smoothed of ramps or put up accurate signage. 20 workers at a site and lucky if 2 are actually doing any work. Also could you remind their dumper drivers the speed limit is 40mph for them on A82 and A83 not 60mph.
Amazed they were given this contract.

This company couldn't organise a drinking session in a brewery. Utterly useless. They can't even do repairs without damaging another statutory services equipment affecting thousands of businesses and individuals. They pass it off as "minor". Perhaps the time has come for all those companies affected by their negligence to get together and issue legal proceedings for the losses these businesses have suffered.

I am writing this letter in deep appreciation for the service provided to me, by an employee of bear Scotland, I only know this man as Paul, and that he worked out of Lochgelly.

My wife, two sons and myself were travelling to inlaws in Edinburgh when we experienced car problems, we were in an emergency layby from 10pm, our so called break down service were no were to be seen, and we had all but given up on help, when we saw a set off orange lights going by on the opposite side of the road, our hearts sank as it disappeared in the distance. 10 minutes later, this same set of orange lights appeared in my rear window, and Paul appeared in my driver side window.

I can only describe this gentlemans actions as very professional, or as my wife said our knight in shining armour, he gave us a warm drink, from his own flask, as we had ran out of petrol and thus no heat, he allowed us to take a seat in his vehicle to warm up, and sat in behind us as our hazards had given up. He contacted his office, to inform them of our dilemma, they in turn contacted the police, Paul stayed with us until their arrival, I offered him a token gesture of cash as a thank you for his services, which he refused, saying it was all part of his job.

I believe man went above and beyond in his duties, he is a credit to the company, to himself and I can not rate him high enough. I did not get a chance to thank him properly, I hope that you will pass on my families deepest thanks.

yours faithfully

I broke down yesterday on my way to Newbridge because I ran out of petrol, Hugh pulled up about 3 minutes later and topped up my tank. Can’t thank you enough Hugh.
