I'm a recently new customer of Bechtle, and I have gotten the run around in other regions like Ireland. But in the UK I have been dealing with Freddie Savage and he is potentially the best account rep I have ever had in any country with any company. He is hard working fast and responsive and he is creative finding the best way to get a project to the completion date.

Since Bechtle acquired ACS365 in 2023 the service levels have dropped significantly. Communication and action on that communication is almost non-existent. Constant lack of response and action to enquiries. Constant chasing. The only saving grace is a former ACS365 employee who I contact directly to get things done even though their role isn't to deal with those enquiries.

I worked for Bechtel for a few years. Very interesting projects and exceptionally diverse employees. It actually connects to the Loreal building or at least did and was opposite Hammersmith hospital and on the corner of Disney. Towards Hammersmith bridge, you have the Coca Cola HQ. Lovely parks and early in the morning if you crossed the river, you would see people rowing through the morning mist. Very pretty and calming.
