I had high hopes for engaging Belal Rashid at BRTA Limited based on initial reviews from platforms like Yell and Google. My first interactions were promising, with good communication and responsiveness. However, things took a downturn quickly.

After our initial discussions, communication abruptly slowed down. I started to feel like my inquiries were an inconvenience, as I faced long waiting times between responses. Despite following up with several questions, I found my concerns were met with disinterest, which was disappointing.

Eventually, I managed to secure a face-to-face meeting, but the situation worsened when he canceled on the day of the appointment and failed to respond to my attempts to reschedule. This lack of professionalism left me feeling uncertain about proceeding with his services.

While I can't speak to the quality of his work since I didn't get that far, my experience with his initial service was enough to make me reconsider. Based on this, I cannot recommend Belal Rashid at BRTA Limited. My experience has been frustrating, and I believe there are better options out there for architectural services.

Over the years I’ve used many architects and in general have had a poor experience with each one, such as poor punctuality, quality of drawings/ submissions with local council, knowledge and understanding of standards and current law, excessive charges.

This is where my experience with Belal Rashid Technical Architects was exceptional, I was in a bit of a pickle as regards retrospective planning permission, Belal was honest, knowledgeable, provided extremely good advice. I was extremely impressed with his work ethos and integrity he did not try to take advantage of my situation his rates were fair and reasonable. His punctuality and professionalism was outstanding, he met with my tenant, provided him with all the information required, the submission was done to the timeline, the council were complementary of the submission and was accepted on its first iteration, this is a credit to Belal.

I would recommend Belal to anyone who is looking for an Architect I will be using him for all my planning requirement going forward.
