We cannot praise Belgrave Construction enough!

Belgrave did a complete renovation of our house, going back to 4 walls and a roof and ending with a beautifully finished contemporary interior, built on time, which we are very very happy with and proud of. It definitely has the 'Wow' factor and shows what can be done with what was originally an 18th C house. Belgrave were fully supportive of what we were aiming to achieve, providing useful input themselves.

The standard of Belgrave's work is exemplary. The finished product is of top quality, working with them was always a cheerful and positive experience, nothing was too much trouble.

They are professional and efficient in all their work, honest and trustworthy with an excellent workforce. The workforce are extremely hard working and polite and turn up everyday on time and ready to work. Grant, Scott and all their employees were a pleasure to work with.

The quotes were perfect and were stuck to exactly as agreed with scope for 'add ons' which were discussed and agreed.

Our relationship with Belgrave continues, they were there immediately if we had concerns and we are still using them for further projects.

We have no hesitation in recommending Belgrave Construction and congratulate them on their amazing work for us.

We first hired the services of Belgrave in 2020 to complete a loft extension to our semi-detached home. We then acquired their services again in 2023 to complete a porch replacement. We found the pre-service engagement to be very clear to our bespoke requirements. The estimated cost and time to complete was well detailed so we had full and complete understanding, and importantly felt comfortable and confident moving forward. The works were completed professionally with great communication to ourselves and our neighbours. The completed works in our opinion, is flawless amd exactly what we had asked for, we are so happy with the transformation and would not look anywhere else for any future works.

Belgrave are a first class outfit. Grant and the team undertook a significant remodel of our house over 5+ months. The quality of their work was outstanding and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. From a project management perspective they kept tight control on change management and we were back in our house the exact week promised at the start of the project (after 5 months). The finish was superb and they worked really well with our architect to get every detail right.

Belgrave Construction secured the contract for construction works to completely renovate our house through a competitive tender and interview process.
We chose Belgrave Construction and have remained delighted with the choice. They started and finished on programme, despite inclement weather in March this year. They have completed to budget and to a quality standard.
To finish on time and within budget to a quality standard is the exception rather than the norm in the construction industry. Belgrave Construction have achieved this for us.
They were easy to work with and when there were problems, which always arise in works to an existing building, they always came with solutions. This ethos and their approach were also followed by their subcontractors.
You can imagine how pleased we are to have worked with Belgrave Construction.
We would work with Belgrave Construction in the future if the opportunity were to arise.

Following a prolonged time away from our home we invited Belgrave Construction to quote for an extensive redesign and refurbishment, their quote was detailed, professional and provided complete clarity on costs where possible, they also provided useful ball park figures on what we should expect to pay for bathrooms, kitchens etc. They started the work on time and kept us informed of progress throughout. As the project progressed options for improving the end result presented, these were clearly explained and costed, once completed we were billed exactly as quoted in every case. Throughout the time Belgrave were on site they were tidy and very considerate towards our neighbours. Inevitably a number of subcontractors were employed generally they completed their work to a high standard and we were very happy, the only exception was the decorators; their work was poor. The decorating issues were raised with Belgrave and following an inspection a new team was sent in to improve the situation as far as possible. My understanding is that Belgrave have now addressed decorating issues going forward. Our refurbishment was completed on time and on budget, we are very pleased with the end result. Since completion there have been a couple of minor snags, these have been promptly addressed and corrected. We would highly recommend Belgrave Construction.
