Honestly there a disgrace I have lived in a belive housing property for 5 years I complained about damp just after I moved into the property they sent someone out to test for damp they said it was condensation after a few years of it gradually getting worse and worse I complained again another surveyor came out and said it was infact damp not only that he said he has never seen a damp reading as high this is the condition of the property and the damage the damp caused see the photos after months of waiting for repairs I eventually had to email bill fullen the chief executive of believe housing LTD to finally get the repair works carried out they had to move me out into a property that I had to fight to have all kinds of waste removed from the garden and also had to fight to have a garden gate fixed so that it was secure for the dogs upon completion of the work the new kitchen that had been installed was mostly damaged from units to draw front,splash backs wonky and hanging off the walls, benches massively unlevel,graffiti on my walls from the contractor that came in along with heavily soiled carpets with fiber glass insulation trodden Into them fish that had died from the door that was supposed to be sealed and never was and had to redecorated 3 rooms and 2 passage ways the only thing they offered towards the redecorating costs was £75 wich couldn't even pay for the emultion for the walls never mind gloss for skirting,doors,door frames and ceiling paint

Wasn't happy, the outside drain gets blocked with stones or whatever else falls in but they don't provide covers you have to buy your own for their council property!

No heating or hot water...again..boiler broken for at least 6 months and multiple call outs, told I may be charged to get someone out to sort it out of hours? Shocking treatment, with the amount of rent I pay I expect at least someone to sort it without the threat of being charged for it. I'll be contacting my local MP.

Every time you ring, for any reason, they tell you how busy the are, so can you tell me why they would take time to send emails about the money they have received for things like money saving energy etc. I received an email 12 days ago about insulation and if I was interested to ring them. I rang immediately to be told someone would get back to me. I have now rang 3 times and same response, they are on the phone and will get back to you. When you ring, there is a recorded message and part of it says their staff should be treated with courtesy and respect, but I can understand why they don’t always get that, it’s because people are so frustrated when they don’t return their calls. Customers should also be treated with respect.

Company is full of professional liars. Had nothing but trouble for years with damp, mould etc and repairs done incorrectly- an absolute disgrace of a landlord and if you take legal action they just lie to cover there backs - probably worst landlord in the country by far and should be struck off

Believe housing have provided me with a most excellent accomadation service during my stay in County Durham. The properties available are excellent and the rates are very reasonable. There is a comprehensive support package for tenants which is both dynamic and flexible, helplines, mobile apps, support staff, safety inspectors and repairmen ensure that all of your housing needs are met. County Durham is also an excellent area to relocate so I can not highly recommended this company enough. Well done!

Waited 13 months for my flat roof to be done tryed to tell me the repair had been done by their records then finely got it done no guttering so water running down wall and going inside the building told them this operater said he would get someone ti phone me still waiting 3 weeks later.Going to buy materials do it myself and bill them.qish me luck.
