We’ve been in our Bellway property for 5 months now and I have to say they are nothing short of outstanding.

From our very first visit with Karen, to the aftercare, it’s been a very easy process. We went to visit other sites who fell incredibly short on customer service. Karen was non judgemental, offered us great advice and support which ultimately lead us to part exchanging our home. We found other developers would judge us and was even asked by one if we really had the means to afford a home. Unlike that developer, (ironically next door to the Bellway site), Karen took the time to understand our needs. Lee the site manager has been amazing, we have very minimal snags, barely note worthy, but all dealt with very timely. We appreciated the calls from the aftercare team who would check in periodically to ensure we were happy with everything.
We love our home and would highly recommend them as a quality builder!

Went to buy a house. Anna was brilliant. Paid our deposit. Did our options. Unfortunately my house sale fell through and we couldn’t proceed. Bellway are very quick to take money off you. But when it comes to paying back the deposit minus their fees don’t forget. It takes ages. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now. In the T&C’s it says 7-10 days. Chasing up daily to be told it’s getting processed today. But alas it never materialises. Tomorrow I will post the emails from them, from over the last week or so. All lies.

Anna the sales advisor was absolutely brilliant so friendly & informative without being pushy! Unfortunately there wasn’t a house there for us but she was so good it really made us want to buy our new home from her. She is a credit to your company.

Came to visit, unfortunately the sales person was out til 3.30pm, as per the sign on the front. Waited to 3.50pm, no show, called in case it directed to a mobile, but no answer. Checked through windows of the show homes, couldnt see anyone. Would advise calling beforehand so you are not disappointed!! It was a shame.
