We bought a house in Wynyard. A few months later and they've reduced a house, identical to ours, on the opposite side of the road, by 25k.

We've been waiting over half a year for them to fix some snags. Very slow to reply and chase up issues.

After sales customer service is horrendously poor. Notified of issues some 7+ months ago and they are still outstanding. Chased up multiple times and constantly met with the same brick wall answers. This means we’re now faced with no other option but to rectify their issues ourselves.

Unfortunately, due to this only, I wouldn’t recommend buying their homes. No customer service whatsoever.

Soon to get much bigger! Search the Stockton on Tees Planning portal for 22/2579/FUL. Even more houses getting thrown up!
We have lived here for 8 months, their customer care are caring until they receive a positive NHBS survey then they drop you like a stone.
If you are buying a house at the back of phase 1 it will be delayed as Bellway are focussing on phase 2 and have more application in to extend this estate.
Our house was delayed because of Covid which cost use £12K, the building industry were still operating in the Covid lockdowns so this is a complete lie.
If you are thinking of buying a house here think again it has been a terrible experience and the after sales process is a complete joke.

David is an incredibly professional chap who took time to understand what we wanted. Despite it being a busy office, he made time to welcome us and answer any questions we needed answering to allow us to make our decision. The houses are stunning and are of high quality and the area has a great feel to it. Thanks David.
