Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

Needed someone to try to fix my mothers garage door after she hit it reversing her mobility scooter!! I was given Nigel’s details by a fellow trader. On contacting Nigel, just before 5 pm, he was extremely helpful and immediately understood the issue and urgency, my mother is 88 and worries about things. He agreed to rearrange his schedule in order to get to my mother next morning. As good as his word, Nigel arrived, fixed the problem and serviced the garage door. He also advised my mother on her mobility scooter driving. All this for a very reasonable charge. Nigel was a pleasure to deal with and I have added him to my useful contacts. After an attempted break-in where my conservatory window and door were popped, I called Nigel at Belvoir Glass & Locks. By sheer luck, he was there within five minutes! He quickly secured everything with temporary boarding and gave a clear quote, explaining that the glass might take a couple of weeks.

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.
