The initial design presented us with a stunning property maximising the views whilst both optimising the use of a very compact footprint and complying with the significant restrictions of the planning authorities.
Throughout the design finalisation and the full build process they were always open to our input, responding with well considered improvements.
Friendly and easy to approach BCA, and Nick Dent in particular, along with the builder Warwick Brownlie have delivered a wonderful new home which significantly enhances the location previously occupied a utilitarian agricultural building.
