I would give zero stars if I could - if you value your sanity avoid this company! Once they have your money they don’t care. I chase weekly for snagging issues which were reported over 12 months ago - they promise an update “next week” but next week never comes. They hide behind GDPR (apparently they couldn’t discuss my fence with me due to GDPR!!), they want to bodge jobs and take the cheapest route for everything. My fence still has a large gap between mine and next doors fencing, meaning my disabled son cannot safely access the garden: they don’t care about that though! I’ve got a water bill racking up because the cistern of the toilet
Constantly fills, keep getting told the plumber will call but they never do. Customer service is non existent - it’s all lip service. As much as we love the location, buying with Bennett homes was the worst decision we ever made.

If you have time to chase them daily for things, then you’ll be fine. But if you work be prepared for dealing with Bennett homes to become a second job!

Moved into a Bennett Homes new build house. The company as a whole has pleasant and professional team. The house they had built is of excellent standard - of course, as will every new builds, there are a number of relatively minor issues.

These issues are then dealt by the Customer Care team (Maria, Eve, Dave and Louis). This team is particularly outstanding; they are understanding, fair, organised and professional. They are a dream. Most of my issues have been resolved in a timely fashion (awaiting another visit from Dave/Louis to finish the residual snags).

I am grateful to the Customer Care Team - it’s obvious that they truly value the thoughts of a homebuyer and I could not speak highly enough of them. Thank you.

Absolutely awful company that have put my families safety in danger!
Go see our reviews on trustpilot and if you don’t believe us paddydorex1atgmaildotcom and organise coming to see what they did before you buy from them!
Companies like this is why catastrophic event like grenfull happen because companies like Bennetts are profit over safety let alone quality!

Aftercare is an afterthought sadly. Houses are finished really well and generally really pleased with my new build. We were told upon completion that Bennett Homes were not like other builders, who take your money and then disappear with no aftercare. I have yet to see anything that supports their statement as their aftercare is rubbish. Been waiting a full month for a repair to be completed on my en suite floor - tore my flooring up, agreed to replace it and then haven't heard a thing since despite chasing.

I would like to say a big Thankyou to this company (linda especially) for helping me with a big problem I had created by not reading paperwork properly. This is 35+ years after bungalow built but a prompt response was urgent and they didn’t fail me, less than 24 hours!! Problem sorted. Customer service amazing and thanks again for all your help in my emergency
