Nearly all good. Tried to return my excess materials (about £30.00 from £500? Or so) but no specific receipt so no refund.. disappointed the sales wouldn't check back my orders to verify.. I had only one item on one of the several receipts showing other purchases.. so only 97% good service..

Came in to purchase decking and a door. was totally ignored by staff, except for the cleaning lady, who couldn't help. The counter staff were far to busy telling a couple of lassies where they were going on holiday on Saturday.

Well what can you say in these times of Covid - 19 people and families totally torn apart , dreadfull times for thousands of local people , we could not even moan ,we had set up for a once in a lifetime house extension , landscape , patio , etc, builders, painters , landscape gardeners, etc. all lined up to go minor issue to some peoples situations , as you can imagine it did not go to plan but this is nothing in these times, but you have sometimes to give credit were credit is due and the Full Team at BHC were fantastic totally understanding , really helpfull , advice second to none , honestly more or less planned our works out with delivery ,materials ,times , full logistical package not too mention this is a one stop shop for all your needs , so all we can say ten out of ten to all office , admin , warehouse , sales , drivers ( No Rush To Unload Put Materials Down In Correct Location & Order Brilliant. ) so a First Class Local Company . Good Value .Good Service , Good Knowledge ,Good Staff, Good Company . Thanks.
