Tom and Chris did a loft conversion as well as 2 extensions to the rear of our bungalow. They were clean tidy and finished the job well. The work included 2 shower rooms, new kitchen and all ceilings replaced, Chris is an excellent plasterer along with his many other skills. No upfront payments required, pay as the work proceeds, therefore being in control of total expenditure as work is carried out. All plumbing and re wiring carried out by their own team. I would highly recommend Binnie Building for any work, large or small.

The work completed by Tom and Chris has been outstanding.
They have been amazingly helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. They have readily given us excellent advice when we've needed it and come up with extremely useful suggestions. Chris Binnie has done a substantial amount of plastering and building work in our house. His work is of great quality and superb finish. Chris always cleans up after every job and I can thoroughly recommend him to do any plasteringor building work. He is very competitively priced. Chris and Tom also have done building work for us and again were efficient, reliable and work completed on time. Again amazing service.

Tom and Chris, have just completed our kitchen renovation. A very difficult upgrade was handled brilliantly by both of them. Tom and Chris have built us a fabulous extension to our bungalow and fitted a new kitchen in it they are currently reconfiguring the rest of our bungalow and we have found them to be very professional whilst being very friendly, there work has been of excellent quality they work well together and there skills complement each other and between them they have all the skills needed to do an excellent job
