Such a great experience with Binnings, always happy to answer questions beforehand and the quote was really competitive and clear. Bunnings were brilliant!!! We had to make several date changes due to repeated delays of our container from overseas. The office team was very generous and understanding. On the day the guys handled everything really quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. Good value and easy to deal with, highly recommended!

Thank you to the lovely guys who came to move our furniture to our new home. They arrived early & worked very hard, can’t fault them in any way. Our experience with Binnings/Nelson’s removals was excellent, all staff we dealt with were very helpful & would definitely recommend.

Was not impressed with service. After nearly a year in storage my large 6 seated table came back scratched. A single wardrobe came with the door nearly ripped off and a mirrored door to a disassembled wardrobe was nearly broken in two. Mirror completely smashed. They were informed of damage and I even said that one of the damaged wardrobes was going to be binned anyway so it was just compensation for the damaged single unit. Emailed pictures and chased several times via email and phone. Person was always "out" of office. Never called or emailed back. Very poor service considering it was not cheap storage.

We had hoped to be leaving a positive review and would have done so if the breakages caused by Binnings had been recompensed fully. One of our storage containers was tipped over and dropped when Binnings/Nelsons were preparing to deliver it back to us, damaging most of our goods stored inside. The insurance obtained through Nelsons proved to be ineffective and after some months we finally received a payout worth significantly less than our broken goods. We were told the container falling off the forklift truck was simply unlucky and a full explanation was never provided. The company even charged us the full period of rental on the container even though they were not able to return all our goods to us. Had the team resolved our concerns we would have been happier to recommend them. The guys doing the actual removal on the day were fine. We understand accidents happen, but we have been left significantly out of pocket through no fault of our own.
