I had a watch strap replaced just over a year ago only to find it needed replacing again.
I returned to the shop as l have always gone there and mentioned that the strap hadn't lasted like I thought it should. They were really apologetic and reduced the price of the replacement without any hesitation.
I wasn't expecting anything back from them, I just wanted to point out that it wasn't such a good strap.
I have always held this shop in high Esteem but now they are higher again.

Always helpful and friendly when we visit, whether to buy new or have repairs or alterations done. Yesterday was no exception. I took 3 rings in to be altered, as arthritis means that they are too small now , but they all have sentimental value.A lot of time was taken, explaining what needed to be done, measuring my fingers, and telling me how much it is likely to cost. Wonderful service as always, I have no doubt that when I pick them up that they will fit perfectly. Thank you .
