I approached B L Scarth to obtain a quotation for the replacement of a wooden balcony/walkway at The Gap studios and apartments near Gilsland. Within a week I received a detailed quotation setting out all the work and materials that would be required to complete the task and following this negotiated, with Lee, a schedule and timescale for completion.

Throughout the process from start to finish Scarths exhibited a high level of professionalism and were fantastic to deal with. The standard of work is extremely high and the work was completed on time and in accordance with the agreed schedule. The new balcony is built to a higher standard than the original!

All of the Directors of Gilsland Management Company Limited are extremely pleased with the work carried out by Scarths and would recommend them without hesitation.
