Had issues with work from start to beginning, made Lee aware of issues. Made full payment under condition that the work would be completed. Lee failed to show up to rectify and blocked numbers, left me with a leak, no hot water, and a bath that wouldn't drain properly among the other problems. Also to add my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time.

So all in all I had to pay for someone else to complete the works at another cost to myself.

We initially contacted lee from Blac Home Improvements because of their solid reputation and long standing roots in Cambridgeshire. It became evident to us, from an early stage in the project, why they had a good reputation. We felt we had a committed partner helping us design and build the bathroom we wanted.

DO NOT USE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars after he left us with no water, leaks and no bathroom when I was heavily pregnant. We ended up having to pay for hotels and people to repair the awful job he left us with. He then threatened us in to paying the full amount and blocked us.

Never had any work done by them. Just saw their van stop, open the passenger door and chuck a yoghurt pot out, then drive on. Nice. No respect for these types of people.
