Shabby build quality with no care taken. Well I've lived in my blodged home, sorry 'bloor home' for 3 months. Well none of the wood work has been undercoated so all is uncleanable, will just come straight off of the wood. Wall paint so thin that 2 wipes with a cloth the paint comes off (they tell you not to paint for the first 12-18months). Didn't final fill where the boards meet the skirting on stairs, just left massive gaps and gloped mastic in there, which has now just departed. Whole upstairs floor is warped and has come loose. Missed any paint on the bathroom door top so has swollen and won't close.now the grout is failing in the shower and bathroom. Bath is unusable because of the grout and the bath panel which fits so badly water will 'get in there' and the ceiling in the living room has dropped. Well done Blodged homes

We have had a number of new build sites in our lovely village - this is the best appointed so far. It's still a work in progress but the management and the construction crews have been effective and helpful when issues have arisen.
